Barefeet is Ireland’s first bellydance company, founded in 2024 by Brazilian dancers passionate about the art of Middle Eastern dance. With bare feet we carry the strength of ancestry, and through our movements we bring over 10 years of experience in studying, performing, and teaching dance.
More than just a performing company, Barefeet is also a bellydance school, offering classes and workshops for all levels. Our mission is to share knowledge, welcome new talents, and show that bellydance is for every body and every age.
We are dedicated to spreading bellydance in an authentic, artistic, and inclusive way, creating performances and experiences that blend tradition and modernity. We believe dance is a path of expression, connection, and empowerment — an invitation to rediscover the beauty of the body in motion.
